The outside air doesn’t stop on our doorsteps. It continues right into our living rooms where we can control it, or pollute it.

Recent investigations found that the air people breathe in their homes is likely to be two to five times more polluted than the air they inhale outside. Unfortunately, the indoor air pollution is not necessarily of the type you and I can see or smell.

My book shows you where and what the dangers are, and gives you advice on how you can reduce the risk to your health.

How the Weather Affects Your Health has become an internationally acclaimed book. To date, it is published in six languages.

The former president of International Society of Biometeorology has kindly allowed me to publish his remarks in reference to the book:

“How the weather affects your health is a very comprehensive and interesting book in this field, written in a perfect way for the general public - easily understandable without omitting essential things.”

Dr. Peter Hoeppe, President of the International Society of Biometeorology (2002)
